The city is proud to be a Tree City USA community. The city is committed to providing a sound community forestry program. Trees in the city right-of-way are city property and will be maintained by DPW and the electric department. If a tree is diseased or dangerous to the public, the city will remove the tree. The city adheres to professional arboricultural standards for tree care.
