Market Square Rental

The City of Gladstone’s Market Square, located at 907 Delta Ave, is available to rent. The current fee schedule is below.

Shared Space Rental

This is an excellent opportunity for any vendors seeking to extend their offerings to the public outside of the Farmers Market Season. This rental opportunity does not secure the full space, and you may see other vendors set up at the same time. 

The fee to rent the shared space covers up to four hours, which includes both the set-up and clean-up time for your event.

A $5.00 refundable deposit fee is included in the space rental fee, which will be returned to you once the space has been inspected by City Staff at the end of the event to ensure that there is no damage to the property.

Full Space Rental

If you are looking to rent the entire space to host an event, this is the option for you. 

The fee to rent the full market space covers up to four hours, which includes both the set-up and clean-up time for your event. 

A $25.00 refundable deposit fee is included in the space rental fee, which will be returned to you once the space has been inspected by City Staff at the end of the event to ensure that there is no damage to the property. 

Space Information

• Electrical outlets are available in the flower beds facing north, up against 905 Delta Ave.
• Ensure your event parking does not obstruct public parking or traffic.
• Please be courteous of the businesses around you, keeping decorations, distractions, music and noise contained to the market square.
• There is no running water at the market square, so please plan accordingly.

Clean-Up Expectations

• Pick up all trash and place it in the City of Gladstone trash receptacle located in the alleyway.
• Carefully fold up any canopy, table, and/or chair rentals and lean them up against the shed. 
  • Tables should be wiped clean of any spills.
• The property should be left neat.
