Tax Increment Financing | 2023 Informational Meeting #2

The Gladstone Downtown Development Authority will present an informational meeting on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Chambers, located at 1100 Delta Ave, Gladstone, MI 49837. This presentation will be in conjunction with the regular Gladstone City Commission meeting time. 

The purpose of this presentation is to inform the commission, taxing jurisdictions, and the general public of the authority’s goals and projects to be undertaken in the coming year.

Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 57 of 2018, this presentation will fulfill the second of two informational meeting requirements for the 2023 calendar year.
