City of Gladstone Commission on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 6:00 PM adopted Ordinance No. 615:
 
AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR FOR THE CITY OF GLADSTONE, MICHIGAN FROM APRIL 1, 2020 THRU MARCH 31, 2021 TO DEFRAY THE DEBTS, EXPENDITURES & LIABILITIES LEVYING THE AMOUNTS THEREOF NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION TO BE LEVIED ON THE NEXT CITY OF GLADSTONE JULY 2020 TAX ROLL, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING AND REQUIRING THE LEVYING ON THE JULY 2020 CITY AND DECEMBER 2020 GENERAL TAX ROLLS OF ALL THE DELINQUENT AND UNPAID SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, TOGETHER WITH PENALTIES THEREOF AS PROVIDED BY THE CITY TREASURER.
