PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Gladstone Boards & Commissions public meetings will be located at Gladstone City Hall, 1100 Delta Avenue, Michigan and be conducted virtually (online and/or by phone), due to health concerns surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19 under the Governor of Michigan’s Executive Orders

Instructions for Public Comment Periods
Public comment and public hearing comments submitted by 4:00 PM the day of the meeting by email, fax, regular postal mail or dropped off to the City Drop Box

Public comment periods will be handled by telephone conferencing. A dedicated phone line has been established to accept phone calls from the public. Your call will be answered in the order received; please stay on the line you will be told what caller number you are. If you hang up you will lose your position in the system and have to redial.
When the Mayor or Chairperson opens the public comment periods the public is encouraged to call:
