Utility Bill Error

Some New City Utility Bills that are due May 14th have a typographical error showing there is a balance forward from last month when, in fact, the balance has been paid. If you are one of those customers please be informed this error has only affected your PRINTED bill. The system at City Hall is correct and shows your payment has been applied to your account. The Current Balance is the balance due. If you have further questions please feel free to contact Utility Billing at 428-3737 and press 1,  then press 3.   Thank you.
