This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) issued by the City of Gladstone Parks and Recreation Department is an invitation to prospective and qualified Design-Build contractors to submit proposals for the “East Shore Nature Trail Project”.

Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the packet with: Proposal for East Shore Nature Trail Project
Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Gladstone City Hall. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
The City of Gladstone reserves the right to accept, reject and/or modify all bids, to waive irregularities therein, and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Gladstone.
